How to use

Follow the package directions. Mix the powder with hot water to a creamy consistency. Let it cool to a comfortable temperature, then wear gloves and apply to sectioned hair from roots to ends. Cover the hair while the color develops. For the Black shade, Rainbow Research recommends 60–75 minutes without heat or 45–60 minutes with heat. Rinse thoroughly.

Before coloring: Test a strand to see how the shade develops on your hair, especially if your hair is gray, bleached, or previously colored. If you have sensitive skin, perform a skin patch test.
