How to Use

Break off approximately 18 inches of floss and wind most of it around the middle fingers, leaving a short section between them. Gently guide the floss between the teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve it into a C-shape around each tooth and carefully move it along the tooth surface and just below the gumline. Use a clean section for each tooth.

Floss at least once daily or as recommended by your dental professional. Do not force the floss into the gums.
