How to Use

Read the enclosed instructions completely before use. Perform the recommended strand and skin tests. Using nonmetal utensils, mix the amount of powder needed for your hair with water as directed on the package; the manufacturer recommends distilled water. Apply with the included gloves, cover with the cap, and process for the time determined by your strand test. Rinse thoroughly following the package directions.
